Bruce joined AW Parker, PC in early 2026, having owned and operated Mid-South
Professional Services since January 1999.

Through MPS, he and his staff provided:

Accounting, Bookkeeping, Income Tax Preparation, and IRS Representation to a wide
variety of clients, retail, professional services, personal services, and construction. His
expertise enriches the depth of knowledge available at AWP, PC.
Before starting MPS, Bruce performed various roles as a Regional Controller, CFO, and
Bank Regional Account Manager for businesses within and around the Memphis area.

Bruce has served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Greater Memphis BNI (Business
Networking International), Central America Ministries, Network Ministries International and
The Vineyard Church of Memphis; Vice President and President of the National Association
of Tax Professionals, TN Chapter (TNNATP) for 10 years. He has also served on the Board of
Directors for various professional and civic organizations.
